The properties are owned by Christine and Philip Durbin and their aim is to create a peacful and relaxing atmosphere for their guests.

Fifteen guests can be accommodated in any of our eleven centrally heated bedrooms, all with colour T.V and coffee making facilities.

All our rooms are en-suite.

We have two double bedrooms, one of which overlooks the extensive garden, and also boasts a corner bath & shower.

We also have two twin rooms, again one overlooks the extensive garden at the rear of the house. Both en-suite rooms have bath and shower facilities, one of which has a corner bath.

All our single rooms have en-suite rooms with shower cubicles. Three of these rooms are located in our garden lodge.

Our room rates as of 01.01.06 are as follows:-

Double & Twin Rooms - £55.00 per night

Single Rooms - £37.00 per night

Double Room For Single Occupancy - £42.50 per night

Family Room (to sleep 3) - £62.50 per night

Our prices do include a full English breakfast and VAT
